Thai stocks opened up 0.16% at the start of trade this morning. The Stock Exchange of Thailand main index opened at 1,623.97 points, up 2.67 points from Wednesday’s close. The trade value was 1.09 billion baht, with 200.3 million shares traded. The SET50 index opened at 1,035.33 points, up 1.41 points, or 0.14% with a total trade value of 525.93 million baht. The MAI index stood at 559.63 points, up 5.66 points or 1.02%, with total transaction value of 118.32 million baht.
